Service Description

This semi-private group class is designed to optimize strength, endurance and overall mobility. Each class has progressions and modifications for all levels. Each session has no more than 10 clients so that everyone receives very personalized and timely coaching. We use a variety of equipment; ranging from dumbbells, suspension trainers, kettlebells, bands and more. You will be outside in the fresh air. All you need to bring is your mat and some water!
