I specialize in one on one training, I customize each exercise program to meet my client’s individual goals and I travel to my clients’ homes. It is very hard to say “I don’t want to work out today” when your personal trainer is literally knocking on your door. The most important thing you can do as a trainer is holding each client accountable, anyone can use Google to find an exercise program, but what makes me different is the fact that I tailor these programs to fit each individuals body type, I listen to what is holding them back, find out what barriers we need to break and then I show up at their door and say “Let’s get after it.”
