Green Smoothies help curb hunger

I usually wake up around 6am, have a cup of coffee (black) on my way to the gym and then train clients until 10am. I come home and make this green protein shake as my first meal of the day. Here’s the recipe :

  1. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  2. 1/2 cup water

  3. 1 tablespoon slivered almonds

  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  5. 1/2 cup spinach

  6. 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

  7. 1 packet or scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use APEX 130cals 25g protein)

  8. 1/2 frozen banana (add ice cubes if you don’t have frozen banana)

  9. approximately 325 calories
