FIVE MINUTE ABS
High Plank to lunge : 5 each side
Kneeling dumbbell rotations : 5 each side
Kneeling dumbbell woodchopper : 10 each side
Single leg dead bugs : 10 each side
Plank ups : 10 total
Put five minutes on the clock (I use FlexTimer) and do as many rounds as possible.
